一场在恒春夏都沙滩酒店沙滩上举办的大型演唱会，由于当地人的坚持，暖场乐团将由在地的乐手们组团演出，于是代班邮差阿嘉、小米酒业务员马拉桑、机车行鼓手水蛙、原住民警察劳马、老邮差茂伯、正读国小大大七拼八凑组成了一个“破铜烂铁”的乐团，让心情烦闷的演唱会日本籍监督友子小姐伤透脑筋，其中总是不肯好好配合练团的主唱阿嘉更是无时无刻不惹毛她。随着演出时间愈来愈近，两人的冲突也愈演愈烈，没想到一份装在写着日据时代旧址“恒春郡海角七号番地”邮包里的过期爱情，竟在半世纪后，悄悄牵起了另一段跨国之恋。。After discovering their troop is in danger of disbanding, Snoopy and the Beagle Scouts set off to immerse themselves in nature and the great outdoors to earn their badges, with the Beagle Scout Manual as their guide.
