“minimum”——小小的奇迹，是极少部分人类先天拥有的特殊能力。本作主人公奈斯（逢坂良太 配音）和紫（羽多野涉 配音）就是异能持有者，奈斯拥有“灵长类最快的一步”，紫则拥有“怪力”的能力。两人组成了一个侦探组合，将“No-where”咖啡店的一角作为事务所，接受各种委托。他们经历了诱拐女大学生、连续猎奇杀人、中小学生持枪打劫等各类棘手事件。奈斯和紫调查某起案件时，发现奈斯的挚友、警察官亚特（神谷浩史 配音）也正在追查，他们发现案件的被害人有一个共同点，那就是他们都是“minimum”持有者。危机四伏又险象横生的异能少年侦探故事，就这样开始！ 本动画改编自小玉有起的同名漫画作品。。Moscow, our days.
