This story is based where the skateboard culture is the most foreign, the Midwest. Derrick Cabrera, like all skaters, has a dream of being sponsored and one day going pro. He is an up and coming skater with all the talent but has the world against him. Parents, friends and schoolmates can't understand how Derrick has so much passion for something that has no future in their eye...。王达龙 (曾江) 二十年前由於在港被黑白两道追杀，往多伦多成为黑市居民，一住二十年都没身份证，他在当地加入黑帮，二十年间靠做黑市赌档赚了不少钱。 他二十年未回港，没有尽父亲责任，其女儿王秀明 (邵美琪) 根本不当他是父亲，对他恨之入骨，但由於受其亡母所托，於是到多伦多见父亲一面。 龙为见女儿，买了间大屋，并为了给她一笔钱，参与了一项白粉交易，但却事败了，被警方捣破，龙更因此事出卖了黑帮头子Tony (骆应钧) ，因此被Tony追杀。 龙在第一次见女儿时，即被Tony所杀，但相机却拍下了Tony杀人的证据，於是Tony追杀秀明及龙的手下富仔 (郭晋安) ，富仔与秀明因此亡命天涯，与Tony展开一连串恶斗，最後富仔与Tony都在此战死去。。A group of friends are struggling to stay alive in a world destroyed by the solar debris that crashed down to Earth.
