Ok, folks, this is my last Ishii upload. Totsugeki! Hakata gurentai is his first feature and last 8mm film. Haven't watched it yet myself, but from the looks of it, this is very much reminescent of eighties and nineties v-cinema, sort of like early Miike (only made in 1978). There is considerably more dialogue than in his earlier films, but it doesn't seem too complicated plotw...。Inspired by historical events, CLIFFS OF FREEDOM is a timeless and romantic story of bravery and faith between a Greek village girl and a Turkish Ottoman Colonel during the dawn of the Greek War for Independence.。讲述了一位因刑入狱的律师出狱后在生意场上风生水起，一位警校荣誉生，入职警局后屡破大案，却因家世背负沉重道德负担，两人被一只看不到的手编织到一起，从彼此对立到互为手足，最后生死同往……。
